Community

KEK's community is a persistent, on-chain-adjacent social and performance layer embedded directly into trading and strategy execution.

It is not a Discord server. It is not a Telegram group. It lives inside the products—KEK DEX and KEK MIX—where trading and strategy development actually happen.

What "community" means in KEK

Community in KEK refers to the social, reputational, and collaborative systems built into the product layer.

Key principles:

  • Product-native — community features exist inside KEK DEX and KEK MIX, not on external platforms
  • Persistent across products — identity, reputation, and history carry across the ecosystem
  • Performance-anchored — visibility and status are tied to validated results, not follower counts
  • No external dependency — the system does not rely on Discord, Twitter, or third-party platforms

This design keeps community engagement tied to actual trading and strategy work.

Unified user identity

Users have a single profile that persists across KEK DEX and KEK MIX.

Wallet-based identity

  • Identity is anchored to a connected wallet
  • Users may remain fully anonymous or add optional profile details

Anonymity is supported, but accountability is preserved: performance, behavior, and historical results remain persistent and attributable to a profile regardless of whether personal identity is disclosed.

Optional profile fields

  • Username
  • Avatar
  • Bio
  • Social links (optional, user-controlled)

Profile includes

  • Staking tier — reflects KEK stake and access level
  • Badges — earned through activity, performance, or contribution
  • Followers / following — social graph within the ecosystem
  • Performance visibility — where applicable, tracked results are visible to others

Identity is portable across products. A user's reputation in KEK MIX is visible in KEK DEX and vice versa.

Communication and knowledge (KEK DEX)

KEK DEX includes in-product communication channels designed for real-time discussion alongside trading.

Topic channels

Telegram-style channels embedded directly in the DEX interface:

  • Market discussion — general market commentary and analysis
  • Strategy discussion — trading approaches, setups, and ideas
  • Memes — community expression and culture
  • Bugs & feedback — product issues and improvement suggestions

Channels are organized by topic, not scattered across external platforms.

KEK AI agent

An AI agent is embedded directly in channels to assist with:

  • Market data — prices, volume, funding rates, liquidations
  • Trading questions — mechanics, order types, margin requirements
  • Regime context — current market conditions and historical comparisons

The AI provides context without requiring users to leave the interface.

Access-controlled channels

Some channels are gated by staking tier:

| Tier | Access | |---|---| | Basic user | Public channels | | KEK staker | Staker-only channels, priority visibility | | High-tier staker | Advanced channels, research discussion, contributor spaces |

Higher commitment unlocks access to higher-signal discussions. This reduces noise and filters for serious participants.

Performance, reputation, and leaderboards

Reputation in KEK is built on performance, not social metrics.

Live leaderboards

Leaderboards are available on both products:

  • KEK DEX — live perpetual trading performance
  • KEK MIX — paper trading strategy performance

Ranking metrics

Rankings are based on validated, tracked results:

  • PnL (absolute and percentage)
  • Win rate
  • Risk-adjusted metrics (where applicable)

Badges and status

  • Badges are earned through performance, contribution, or milestones
  • Visible status reinforces reputation without requiring external validation
  • Gaming reputation through low-quality volume is discouraged by design

Leaderboards and badges create a meritocratic layer where visibility is earned, not bought.

Strategy sharing and copy trading

KEK supports strategy sharing and copy trading across both products, with different mechanics for live and paper trading.

KEK DEX — live copy trading

  • Users can follow and copy top traders
  • Copying executes live trades with real capital
  • Performance is tracked and visible on leaderboards
  • Users retain full custody and control

KEK MIX — strategy sharing (paper trading)

  • Users can share strategies developed in KEK MIX
  • Strategies are shared in paper trading mode by default
  • No live capital exposure when exploring shared strategies

Privacy controls

Strategies and trading activity can be:

  • Private — visible only to the creator
  • Public — visible and copyable by others

Users control their own visibility and sharing preferences.

Community leaderboards

  • Separate leaderboards for KEK DEX (live) and KEK MIX (paper)
  • Rankings are based on tracked, validated performance
  • Public strategies can be copied for paper trading and tested independently

Incentives and alignment

Community features are designed to reinforce productive behavior, not maximize engagement for its own sake.

How alignment works

  • Social visibility — performance and contribution are visible to others
  • Reputation — built over time through consistent, validated results
  • Access — scales with commitment (KEK staking, usage)

These mechanisms create natural incentives for quality participation.

Community and token design

Community reputation and visibility are intentionally separated from economic power. KEK staking governs access and limits; LILY may represent participation and social signal. This separation ensures that social standing does not bypass platform constraints, and that access remains tied to commitment rather than popularity.

LILY and community incentives

LILY may be used for:

  • Community participation signals
  • Reputation layers and badges
  • Contribution recognition

LILY is not a guaranteed reward. It is a participation and expression token that supports community dynamics without creating inflationary pressure on KEK.

For full details, see LILY Token.

Why this matters

Community in KEK is not "engagement for engagement's sake." It is infrastructure that compounds ecosystem value over time.

It directly improves:

  • Strategy quality — shared strategies are tested and validated publicly, raising the bar for what gets copied
  • Signal discovery — leaderboards surface high-performing traders and approaches, reducing noise
  • Capital allocation — copy trading allows capital to flow toward validated performance, not marketing
  • Trust without custodianship — reputation is built on-chain-adjacent, not on promises or external verification

The goal is a community where discussion is actionable, reputation is earned through results, and the system reinforces disciplined participation. This creates durable network effects that scale with usage—not vanity metrics.
